How to map a list of addresses from a spreadsheet
- Copy the address column. In Excel or Google Sheets, select the cells with addresses (street, city, state and ZIP in one cell works best) and copy.
- Paste it above. Each row becomes one address. Empty rows are skipped.
- Click Show on map. Every address appears as a numbered pin. Anything we couldn't find is listed below the map so you can fix it.
What to do with the pins
- See where your stops cluster. Spot which addresses sit close together before you plan the day.
- Plan visits by area. Use the map to group customers, deliveries or errands by neighborhood.
- Turn the map into a route. Click Optimize route and Daymilo puts the stops in the shortest driving order, with total miles and time. Need more options? Optimize a multi-stop route.
- Share it. Send the route link to a driver or to your phone. It opens the stop list in the browser, without an app.
