How to turn a spreadsheet into a route in 3 steps
- Copy the column. In Excel or Google Sheets, select the address cells. A full address in one cell works best (street, city, state, ZIP).
- Paste and optimize. Paste into the box and click Optimize route. Each row becomes one stop.
- Share to the driver. Click Share and text the link. The driver sees the ordered stop list on their phone.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paste addresses straight from Excel?
Yes. Copy the address column and paste it into the box. Each row becomes one stop.
What if street, city and ZIP are in separate columns?
Join them into one column first, for example with =A2&", "&B2&", "&C2, then copy that column.
How many addresses can I route at once?
Up to 200 per route.
Do I need to upload a file or sign up?
No. You paste the text, so there is no file upload and no account.
Can the driver see the route on a phone?
Yes. Share creates a link that opens the ordered stop list in the phone's browser.
